From our Galway café to your kitchen
We started making these in our café to serve with our sandwiches, salads and brunch dishes and people kept asking to take them home, so we bottled them.
Every product is made in small batches using our signature slow-smoked onions, giving a depth of flavour you won’t find anywhere else.

What does it taste like?

What can I use it with?
Just about everything. It’s unreal on burgers, sandwiches and wraps, perfect with chips or wedges, and brilliant for adding flavour to salads, roast veg or grilled chicken. Once you try it, you’ll start putting it on everything!
Are the products Gluten Free?
Yes, all of our products are naturally gluten free, and we do not handle any gluten on site.
Where are your products manufactured?
We originally manufactured every jar in our Cafe kitchen in Spiddal, Co. Galway. Now we have a dedicated manufacturing facility in Galway City, making every jar ourselves.
Are the products safe to eat during pregnancy?
Our mayonnaise is made using pasteurized eggs so they are safe to consume during pregnancy.
