Shipping policy

1. General Information

All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our production facility in Galway. We take great care in packaging each order to ensure that your Builín Blasta products arrive in perfect condition.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Republic of Ireland

  • Northern Ireland

  • United Kingdom (mainland only)

3. Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 3–5 working days of purchase. During busy seasonal periods, please allow additional time for order preparation and delivery.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Ireland: 1–3 working days

  • Northern Ireland: 2–4 working days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak demand.

4. Delivery Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions — details will be displayed on our website when available.

5. Hampers and Larger Orders

Hampers and gift boxes are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. In some cases, they may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on size and contents.

Because our hampers include perishable items, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

6. Local Collection

Click & Collect from our café and shop in Spiddal is available at no charge.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

7. Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, delayed, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@builinblasta.ie with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct before submitting your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for parcels that are delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

9. Courier Partners

We work with trusted Irish courier partners to ensure reliable service. Tracking information (where available) will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
