1. Introduction
Welcome to Builín Blasta’s online shop. This website is operated by Builín Blasta, based in Spiddal, Co. Galway, Ireland. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Builín Blasta, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer.
2. Our Products
Builín Blasta produces and sells handmade condiments, dressings, chutneys, relishes, and hampers, along with a curated selection of Irish artisan goods.
All products are made in small batches, and slight variations in colour, texture, or flavour are normal. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Where substitutions are necessary (for example, in hampers), we will always ensure the replacement product is of equal or higher value.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices listed on our website are in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable Irish rate.
Payment must be received in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments via Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe), PayPal, and other approved payment methods shown at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud or if a product is unavailable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within Ireland and to selected regions in the UK. Delivery costs and times are displayed at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days, but during peak times this may take longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
As our products are food items, they are non-returnable under EU consumer law once delivered, unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [your email] with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
